Q. Have you been in business long?
A. We’ve been in the decorated apparel business for 15 years.

Q. What are your products made of?
A. We offer a variety of products that include 100% cotton, Cotton/Polyester blends, 100% Polyester (Performance Wear), Polyester/Spandex blends, and more. We always specify on the products page what the garment is made of.

Q. What type of shipping do you offer?
A. We usually ship via USPS, but on larger orders, we would use UPS.

Q. What do you charge for shipping?
A. On individual orders, we base our shipping charges on the dollar amount of the order. Please see our chart on the shopping cart for more information. For larger orders, please contact us and we’ll give you an estimate.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. We stand behind our products 100%. If there’s any problem with any product, just let us know and we’ll work with you to resolve it.

Q. What type of payment do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, or you can use PayPal online. You can also send us a check via snail mail, but we won’t ship the product until the check clears.

Q. Do you process international orders?
A. No

Q. Can we buy shirts for our family reunion/bowling team/school club?
A. Absolutely, we specialize in small orders.

Q. Can I buy large sizes?
A. We can now offer sizes from 2-Extra Large up to 6-Extra Large on some styles. Please check out each individual product to see what sizes it’s available in.
